The school office and reception staff, through their contact with parents and visitors, represent the school and the CMAT. During this training you will look at what the expectations of parents and external visitors might be and how you can communicate the values of the CMAT.
This small group workshop training will:
1. Raising your awareness of visitors expectations.
2. Discuss ideas on how to deliver an outstanding service.
3. Create personal action plans to implement.
