St. Augustine’s Catholic Voluntary Academy in Mapperley Park has an exciting opportunity to join the staff of this caring primary school. We are seeking to appoint 3 full time Level 1 Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs. We are looking for individuals with an interest in special educational needs education, lots of patience and passion for seeing young people succeed.
We are looking for a teaching assistant who is:
- ideally has experience of working with children with additional needs
- fully committed to inclusion and finding ways to overcome barriers to learning.
- flexible and enthusiastic
- able to work collaboratively within a team
- a good communicator at all levels
