This session provides focused CPD for teachers and teaching assistants on the renewed Ofsted framework introduced in November 2025. It will outline the key changes, including the new core evaluation areas, the five‑point grading scale, and Ofsted’s strengthened approach to safeguarding, now judged separately as Met or Not Met. Staff will gain a clear understanding of how these updates affect day‑to‑day practice.
