This hub delivers the highest quality CPD to support all colleagues across the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust.
We offer CPD to all staff to support sustained change and development of teaching and leadership and ensure all learners achieve their full potential.
Our key objectives are to:
- Offer training to refresh and grow knowledge to enable all students to achieve.
- Offer training for support staff across the Trust.
- Work with speakers and experts within their field to support delivery of focused CPD.
- Support the subject Network programme for leaders and experts across primary and secondary schools.
- Provide outstanding leadership training to develop future leaders and strengthen the quality of teaching.
