Following feedback from the 2022 Staff Survey, we are pleased to announce that we will be introducing a new online training provider from 1 September 2023.
Flick will be replacing Hays, as our online learning provider for all mandatory and non-mandatory training (such as Safeguarding and GDPR).
We listened to feedback about our current system Hays, with many staff finding the excessive amounts of reading, little interaction and technical difficulties unnecessary obstacles to their learning.
Our contract with Hays was due for renewal in August 2023 so we used the opportunity to undertake a comprehensive procurement process with several providers that could provide a system that worked better for our organisational needs.
Overall, Flick demonstrated that they could deliver engaging, memorable training in a concise but enjoyable way.
