I’ve found an apprenticeship I want to do, what do I do next?

  1. Confirm the details of the apprenticeship with the provider. This includes the length of the training, the requirements for starting, and the amount of study time required.
  2. Discuss these details with your line manager and obtain written approval. It’s also a good idea to start thinking about who could mentor you during your apprenticeship.
  3. Once you have approval, connect with your HR link.
  4. After HR has confirmed that the funding is approved, you can contact your chosen provider and begin your learning journey
